Chef Nick comes to Redfield's Restaurant with more than 10 years of experience crafting exemplary cuisine at some of the finest restaurants in the industry. After graduating from the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America, he became a certified executive chef with the American Culinary Federation and has finally found his home at Redfield's Restaurant, the ultimate choice for fine dining in the relaxed, casual elegance of our dining room.
